Welcome to the website of PC Investments, LLC, doing business as PC Classic Cars ("PC Classic Cars," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 218 Meyers Dr, Sherman, TX 75092. By accessing or using www.pcclassiccars.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

The Site is provided for your personal, non-commercial use: browsing our vehicle inventory, learning about our dealership, and contacting us. You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to interfere with its operation, scraping or harvesting content or data by automated means, or using the Site for any unlawful purpose.

2. Vehicle Listings and Pricing

We work hard to keep our inventory listings accurate and current. Even so, all vehicle descriptions, specifications, photographs, videos, mileage figures, and prices on the Site are provided for general information only and are subject to change or correction without notice. Every vehicle is subject to prior sale. A listing on the Site is an invitation to inquire, not a binding offer to sell. The final terms of any vehicle purchase are set only in a written agreement signed at the dealership.

Classic and collector vehicles are unique, previously owned vehicles. Condition, history, and originality can vary, and reasonable people can assess them differently. We encourage every buyer to inspect any vehicle in person, or through a qualified independent inspector, before purchase.

3. No Online Sales

Vehicles cannot be purchased, reserved, or paid for through the Site. Any inquiry submitted through the Site is a request for contact only.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, photographs, videos, graphics, logos, and the PC Classic Cars name, is owned by or licensed to PC Investments, LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission, except for ordinary personal, non-commercial viewing and sharing of links.

5. Third-Party Sites and Services

The Site may link to third-party websites and platforms, including social media and vehicle marketplaces where our inventory also appears. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Nothing in this section limits any written warranty or disclosure provided with an actual vehicle purchase, which is governed by its own signed documents.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PC Investments, LLC and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PC Investments, LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating to the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Grayson County, Texas.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
